To initiate a return, the product must be returned to Kaempfer Leather within 4 days of its delivery. The item should be in its original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the original packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and any other documents provided.

Once Kaempfer Leather receives the returned product, it will be inspected for quality. If the product is found to be in its original condition, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be credited to your source account or chosen refund method within 4-7 working days after the inspection is complete.

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, as the order will already be in process. However, returns are still possible for eligible products.
